QSM Customer Care Program

After installing your new software, don't forget to take advantage of the customer support included with your tool license. Our Customer Care Program is designed to take the guesswork out of the learning process. Whether you need advice, technical support, industry data analysis, or just a helping hand, your SLIM® tool license includes a variety of support options.

  • Training Classes: Our Software Estimation and Control Course builds practical skills you can apply as soon as you return to your office. Small classes allow our instructors to work with students to analyze current projects 
  • Online Help Just press the F1 key to activate context-sensitive Help files. You can also search the Online Help, or use the Table of Contents to find solutions quickly and easily.
  • SLIM Suite User's Manuals contain all the information you need to install, navigate, and begin using your new tools. The Guided Tours will get you up and running quickly. User Manuals are now installed in a PDF format in the Docs directory of your Tools80 application folder. If you need additional hard copy manuals please contact QSM customer support.
  • Our Web Site is full of valuable information. Check out the Support section of our web site for:
    • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) from our users
    • Downloads section for QSM clients
    • Articles and Papers Section full of articles and white papers.
    • QSM blog – one stop shopping for practical advice on software estimation, tracking, and benchmarking!
  • E-mail Support: Can't find the answer in the FAQ's section? Submit your question directly from the Support or FAQ pages, from the Help menu in any SLIM Suite application, or by emailing us at support@qsm.com. We'll get you the answer quickly.
  • Telephone Support: more involved questions may demand a personal response. Telephone support is available Monday - Friday, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., EST at (800) 424-6755.
