Victor Fuster is a Consulting Manager in QSM's Department of Defense (DoD) Consulting Practice where he leads technical contract engagement teams and business development. He brings to QSM dynamic leadership and technical abilities gained from a career across government, military and commercial sectors.
His 15+ years of professional experience includes specialty work in quantitative software analysis, multidisciplinary security analysis and technology protection. He utilizes this unique background for QSM clients by providing custom solutions leveraged from different methodologies gained from working with such diverse organizations.
He earned his M.S. from Eastern Kentucky University and is a US Marine Corps veteran.
