Introduction
to QSM is a seminar for people who want to gain a basic familiarity
with QSM concepts and products. The seminar will be given
at the QSM Europe Training Center. Participants will receive
a copy of "Controlling Software Development" by Lawrence H.
Putnam. Lunch is provided.
