Quantitative Software Management, Inc., a leader in the Software Estimation and Metrics Industry since 1978, will be hiring an inside Sales Representative to sell software products and consulting services. We are a privately owned company with over 30 years in business. We offer an excellent compensation package including health, dental, and retirement plan benefits. Qualified candidates should have a college degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales experience. Travel is required.

Consulting Manager

Quantitative Software Management, Inc., a leader in the Software Estimation and Metrics Industry since 1978, will be hiring a consulting manager to help lead our growing consulting business. We are a privately owned company with over 30 years in business. QSM offers an excellent compensation package including health, dental, and retirement plan benefits.

Qualified candidates should have a college degree, at least 10 years expertise in system and software management best practices, and proven experience building a team and delivering high quality consulting work that leads to follow-on sales. This position is located in our McLean, VA office. A U.S. security clearance is highly desirable for government consulting work. Some travel is required.
